What is the Early Booking offer?
It is a discount for reservations made between March 7th and May 31st, for stays with arrival between 05/01 and 11/01.
What discounts are included in the Early Booking?
- 30% discount for stays of 16 or more consecutive nights
- 20% discount for stays between 11 and 15 nights
- 10% discount for stays between 1 and 10 nights
Is there a supplement for short stays?
Yes. For stays of less than 5 nights, a corresponding supplement will be applied in all holiday hotels, except in Apartamentos Playamarina, Mirador del Cabo, and Playamojacar, which have their own particular minimum stay conditions.
Can Early Booking be combined with other offers?
Yes. It is accumulative with Not refundable, Roulettes and Single parent offer with children. It is not accumulative with the rest of the offers.
What is the "Non-Refundable Extra -10%" and how does it work with Early Booking?
It is an additional discount of 10% that you can add to your Early Booking (if you choose that option). It is applied at the time of booking and reduces the final price.
Which hotels can the Non-Refundable rate be booked at?
It is applicable in all hotels.
Can a Non-Refundable reservation be cancelled or modified?
No. The rate is not modifiable or cancelable and any cancellation/modification implies 100% of the amount.
Can I apply the Non-Refundable discount after booking?
No. It must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied later.

- If canceled between 5 and 3 days before arrival, 15% of the total reservation will be charged.
- If canceled between 48 and 24 hours before arrival, 25% of the total reservation will be charged.
- If canceled less than 24 hours before the arrival date, 35% of the total reservation will be charged.
- If there is a No Show (no presentation at the hotel or cancellation after 12.00h on the day of arrival), the total reservation will be charged.
- If there is an Early Departure from the hotel, the total reservation will be charged.
- Modification Guarantee: From 01/06/2026 and up to 24 hours before the arrival date, modifications are allowed (subject to availability and upon request) with a surcharge of 30€ for each modification (non-refundable). Modifications will not be allowed less than 24 hours before the entry date and, in no case, will the change of the reservation holder’s name be allowed.
