This offer is non-refundable and prevails over any other offer that has been applied previously. For reservations until 06/03 (arrivals between 01/05 to 11/01/25). It cannot be modified or canceled. Payment of the full amount is required at the time of application.

This offer is not refundable, and it prevails over any other previously applied. applicable up to two days before arrival. Cannot be modified or cancelled. Full payment is required at the time of application. Can be combined with Advanced Booking Plus, Advanced Booking, Roulettes and Single Parent Offer. Not combinable with other offers.

Cancellation applicable to any reservation, except if it is with a non-refundable offer
- Payment before 13/03/2025.
- If canceled between 5 and 3 days before arrival, 15% of the total booking will be charged.
- If canceled between 48 and 24 hours before arrival, 25% of the total booking will be charged.
- If canceled less than 24 hours before the arrival date, 35% of the total booking will be charged.
- In case of a No Show (failure to show up at the hotel or cancellation after 12:00 pm on the day of arrival), the total booking will be charged.
- In case of Early Departure from the hotel, the total booking will be charged.
- Modification guarantee: From 07/03/2025 until 24 hours before the arrival date, modifications are allowed (subject to availability and upon request) with a surcharge of 30€ per modification (non-refundable). No modifications will be allowed less than 24 hours before the entry date and under no circumstances will the change of the name of the reservation holder be allowed.
