Conditions applicable to any booking, except if it is a Non-Refundable Offer.
Valid for bookings received until 31/05/2025 and stays from 01/05/2025 to 01/10/2025. Payment before 07/06/2025.
If cancelled between 5 and 3 days prior to arrival, 15% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled between 48 and 24 hours prior to arrival, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival date, 35% of the total booking amount will be charged.
In case of a No Show (no show or cancellation after 12.00h on the day of arrival), the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In the event of Early Departure from the hotel, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Modification guarantee: From 01/06/2025 and up to 24 hours before the date of arrival, modifications are allowed (subject to availability and upon request) with a surcharge for each modification of 30€ (non-refundable). No modifications will be allowed less than 24 hours before the check-in date and no change of the name of the reservation holder will be allowed under any circumstances.
