Yes. Once you have completed your visits the nights spent in our hotels will accumulate, meaning you will benefit from the greatest possible discount on subsequent bookings.
If you have just registered with My Senator you will start at the My Senator Plus level and receive a 5% discount on the best available offer when you make your booking.
Following your stay the nights you have spent with us will be registered. This way you will accumulate nights, move up a level, and obtain greater discounts on future bookings.

If you were part of our previous Senator VIP programme, you will now be a My Senator member. Once you have registered you will be able to view your level by logging on to your profile on the My Senator website. Yes. If, after one year of registering with My Senator, you do not meet the minimum number of nights, you will be downgraded. You will never be downgraded below the basic My Senator Plus level.
It is valid for 1 year from the date of your registration on our website, taking into account the end of the current year.

You will earn points for every night you stay at any of the hotels included in our Playa Hotels, Senator Hotels, and Affiliated by Senator brands. Partner Brand hotels are excluded from the programme.

Following each stay you will automatically receive the corresponding points in your My Senator account 24 to 72 hours after you leave the hotel.

To cancel a booking made with points and not lose them, you must send an email to mysenator@senatorhr.com at least 6 days before your arrival date.

No, you may use it like any website, from your browser. However, by downloading it you will have access to all your information and your virtual card at all times.
