Gastronomy is one of the aspects we value the most. That is why in our hotels you can find buffets with a wide range of high-quality products. Our teams of chefs and nutritionists work hand-in-hand to offer you varied and nutritionally balanced menus.
As a result, in our hotels with buffets you will find more than 150 different products as well as live cooking stations so you can put together your perfect menu. Our buffet offers: two kinds of meat, fish, warm dishes, three special cold dishes, four side dishes, salad and raw veggies, for your lunches and dinners.
Live cooking
Enjoy our chefs’ live cooking, which includes delicious meats, fish, pastas, crepes, eggs and vegetables, which you an garnish with whichever sauce you like best.
Gala dinners
Saturday’s free buffet is even more special; here you can enjoy juicy carved meats, pates, fantastic cheeses, marinades, seafood and much more (exclusive to the Playa Hoteles, Diver Roquetas, and Guadacorte Park).
Themed corners
Fun themed corners every week: an Andalusian corner with typical dishes such as Cordoban salmorejo; an oriental corner with sushi and rice in the purest Asian style; an Italian corner with incredible pasta and pizza; and the seafood corner with shellfish and stews. Exclusive to the Playa Hoteles range.
Baby Corner
And what about the little ones? A baby corner with baby food made daily. It doesn’t include salt, dyes or any artificial additives. It is all homemade and natural.

L’Attitude
A new gastronomic concept has landed in Senator Banús in the form of a pool club to liven up the experience with the music of our resident DJ. You’ll find it at Senator Marbella, Senator Barajas and Beach Star Ibiza in a more urban format.
La Grappa
Our restaurant specialising in pasta, salads and “Grab & Go” pizza. Enjoy Italian food your way: sit-down or takeout. Available at lunchtime in Playamojácar and Playacanela, and in the evening as a à la carte restaurant at Playacanela.
Marao
A gourmet experience led by chef Paco Pérez (5 Michelin stars), with a unique take on South and Central American food, then moving onto Europe and lastly making a stopover in Asia. At the Senator Gandia.
Naos

Celiac menus
We have been pioneers in signing a collaboration agreement with the Spanish Federation of Coeliac Associations, whereby our staff receive training on coeliac disease, the gluten-free diet, as well as how to prepare, handle and present gluten-free dishes so that our guests can enjoy a wide range of gastronomic offerings adapted to their needs.
If you are celiac, let us know when you make your reservation, so that when you arrive at the hotel you will be personally attended by our kitchen department and we can agree on a menu based on your needs and preferences.
Dairy-free menus
Lately, a growing number of people are lactose intolerant. That is why we train our staff through the Association of Lactose Intolerants so that our chefs can provide suitable meals with high quality adapted dishes.
