Cancellation policy: applicable to any reservation, except for non-refundable offers
- If cancelled between 5 and 3 days before arrival, 15% of the total reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled between 48 and 24 hours before arrival, 25% of the total reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours before the arrival date, 35% of the total reservation will be charged.
- In case of a No Show (failure to check-in at the hotel or cancellation after 12:00 pm on the arrival day), the total reservation will be charged.
- In case of Early Check-Out, the total reservation will be charged.
