Conditions:
- Available for 2 nights stay with check-in on 25/10 and check-out on 27/10.
- Price per person per night with breakfast included. Consult supplements for the rest of the rooms.
- Supplement Half Board Plus (drinks included during meals) 18.50€ per person (Saturday).
- Discounts for children are applicable to these supplements, though the whole booking must be on the same meal plan.
2 children under 12 years old FREE in all rooms except Single. If one child is older than 12 and younger than 15 the 1st child is FREE and the 2nd child has a 50% discount. 3rd adult 25% discount (room capacity permitting).
- Prepayment of the full booking before 01/10/2024.
- Cancellation fees: 50% from 19/10 to 22/10 and 100% from 23/10.

- Special pre-race buffet on Friday, for all guests.
- Family entertainment during participants’ rest periods.
- Early morning sports breakfast on Saturday.
- Transfer by bus ONLY FOR PARTICIPANTS STAYING AT THE HOTEL from the hotel to the start of the race (only participants in the race). Bicycles must be deposited at the Almeria Port Authority with presentation of the participant’s passport.**

- Bicycle cleaning area.
- Regarding participants’ bicycles, we recommend that the organisers** deposit them at the Almeria Port Authority (Plaza de las Almadrabillas s/n, Almeria), where they will be safeguarded. At the finish line they will be safeguarded beside the Roquetas de Mar bullring.
- The first 300 bookings will receive one free TACTIC technical T-shirt per booking, while stocks and sizes last. It is important to indicate your size/gender when making the reservation.
- 50% discount on tickets to Aquarium Costa de Almeria and Oasys MiniHollywood for participants and their families, on presentation of accreditation.
