Conditions for holiday hotels
- Offer valid for our hotels: Playacapricho, Playasol, Playalinda, Playadulce, Driver Roquetas, Playazimbali, Playavera, Playamojácar, Playacálida, Playaballena, Playamarina, Playacanela, Playacartaya and Club Simó.
- Offer valid for arrivals from July 1 to November 1.
- Cancellation charges: 15% of the total booking if cancelled between 5 and 3 days before arrival, 25% between 48 and 24 hours, 35% with less than 24 hours, 100% in case of no show.
- Not combinable with other offers, subject to sales closures, both offer and availability. Other conditions according to summer 2026.
Conditions for urban hotels
- Offer valid for stays from July 1 to November 1, for bookings made until September 30th.
- Stackable with long stay offer 5% discount, non-refundable offer 10% discount, and Early Booking 15% (bookings made with a minimum of 60 days in advance). Not combinable with other offers.
- Cancellation conditions: If cancelled 24 hours before arrival we will charge one night, in case of no show 100% charges.
- With non-refundable offer full payment of the booking is required, no modifications or cancellations are allowed, and in case there are, 100% charges will be applied.
