Cancellation fees: 15% of the total reservation if canceled between 5 and 3 days before arrival, 25% between 48 and 24 hours, 35% with less than 24 hours, 100% in case of no show (not showing up at the hotel).

Conditions for urban hotels
- Offer valid for stays from June 3rd to November 1st, for bookings made until June 25th.
- Cumulative with long stay offer 5% discount, non-refundable offer 10% discount, and Early Booking 15% (bookings made at least 60 days in advance). Not combinable with other offers.
- Cancellation policy: If canceled 24 hours before arrival, we will charge 1 night, in case of no show 100% expenses.
- With non-refundable offer, total payment of the reservation is required, no modifications or cancellations allowed, and if made, 100% expenses will be charged.
