- Cancellation fees: 15% of the total booking if cancelled between 5 and 3 days before arrival, 25% between 48 and 24 hours, 35% with less than 24 hours, 100% in case of no show (failure to appear at the hotel).
- Not combinable with other offers, subject to sales closures, both offer and availability. Other conditions according to summer 2026.
Conditions for urban hotels
- Valid offer for stays from July 1 to November 1, for bookings made until July 16.
- Combinable with long stay offer 5% discount, non-refundable offer 10% discount, and Early Booking 15% (reservations made at least 60 days in advance). Not combinable with other offers.
- Cancellation conditions: If canceled 24 hours before arrival, we will charge 1 night, in case of no show 100% expenses.
- With non-refundable offer, full payment of the reservation is required, no changes or cancellations are allowed, and in case there are, 100% expenses will be charged.
