Conditions for holiday hotels (Beach Hotels)
- Prices per person and night for stays of 2 nights in Standard Double room
- Offer applied Summer Mode On, not cumulative with other offers.
- Cancellation conditions: 15% of the total reservation if canceled between 5 and 3 days before arrival, 25% between 48 and 24 hours, 35% with less than 24 hours, 100% in case of no show (failure to show up at the hotel).

Conditions for urban and affiliated hotels (Senator Hotels and Affiliated by Senator)
- Prices per person and night in Standard Double room on Room Only basis. Except at Senator Port Mahon and Hotel Agamenon affiliated by Senator with bed and breakfast and Talayot Hotel Affiliated by Senator with Half Board Plus (drinks included during meals; mineral water, soft drinks, local beer and house wine).
- Prices vary depending on hotel occupancy.
- Cumulative with Non-Refundable 10% offer, Long Stay 5%, not cumulative with other offers.
- In case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, 1 night will be charged, in case of no show at the hotel 100% expenses.
- With non-refundable offer, total payment of the reservation is required, no modifications or cancellations are allowed, and in case of any, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
