Senator Hotels & Resorts anuncia la gestión un nuevo hotel boutique en Gandia en su nueva línea de Partner Brand Hotel Management. Con una apertura prevista para junio de 2025, este nuevo hotel de 40 habitaciones operará bajo la marca «Hotel Indigo» de IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Senator Hotels & Resorts vuelve a apostar por la costa valenciana tras el éxito de «Senator Gandia», un hotel dentro de su marca urbana Senator Hotels, que contribuyó a mejorar lo mucho que ya ofrece Gandía a sus visitantes gracias a su centro Senzia Spa by Senator, así como a los restaurantes L’Attitude, y, sobre todo, «Marao» by Paco Pérez.
En el nuevo hotel, la gastronomía seguirá teniendo un rol central. Ya en plena reforma, el futuro «Hotel Indigo Gandia Beach» contará con un moderno y elegante espacio con un restaurante con show dinner orientado a cliente externo, y una amplia zona de piscina tipo pool club, exclusiva para los huéspedes del hotel.
Bajo su nueva vertiente de Partner Brand Hotel Management, la cadena hotelera líder en Andalucía expande su portafolio con este nuevo hotel y otras marcas que aporten el mayor valor añadido en cada caso, complementando también las suyas: Senator Hotels, Playa Hoteles by Senator y Affiliated by Senator.
Las obras, valoradas en 7 millones de euros, comienzan este septiembre de 2024. El Ayuntamiento de Gandia ha mostrado su apoyo al proyecto, garantizando los recursos necesarios para su desarrollo. También ha explicado que el edificio conservará su estructura actual, por lo que respetará tanto a residentes como a su entorno.

Senator Hotels & Resorts announces the management of a new boutique hotel in Gandia in its new line of Partner Brand Hotel Management. Scheduled to open in June 2025, this new 40-room hotel will operate under the ‘Hotel Indigo’ brand of IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Senator Hotels & Resorts is once again committed to the Valencian coast after the success of ‘Senator Gandia’, a hotel within its urban brand Senator Hotels, which helped to enhance what Gandía already offers to its visitors thanks to its Senzia Spa by Senator centre, as well as the restaurants L’Attitude, and, above all, ‘Marao’ by Paco Pérez.
In the new hotel, gastronomy will continue to play a central role. Already under renovation, the future ‘Hotel Indigo Gandia Beach’ will have a modern and elegant space with a restaurant with show dinner oriented to external customers, and a large pool club type pool area, exclusively for hotel guests.
Under its new Partner Brand Hotel Management, the leading hotel chain in Andalusia is expanding its portfolio with this new hotel and other brands that provide the greatest added value in each case, also complementing its own brands: Senator Hotels, Playa Hoteles by Senator and Affiliated by Senator.
The works, valued at 7 million euros, begin this September 2024. Gandia City Council has shown its support for the project, guaranteeing the necessary resources for its development.
